Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AppointSet's website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AppointSet provides outsourced appointment setting including lead list building, multi-channel outreach, prospect qualification, calendar booking, and performance reporting.

2. Payment Terms

• Pilot: payment per confirmed shown appointment, invoiced weekly
• Growth & Scale: monthly fees due in advance; shortfalls roll forward
• Invoices payable within 14 days

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate ICP information during onboarding
• Make sales team available for booked appointments
• Provide timely feedback on lead quality

4. Intellectual Property

Outreach copy and methodologies remain AppointSet's property. Client data and branding remain the client's property.

5. Limitation of Liability

AppointSet's liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

• Monthly plans: 30 days written notice
• Pilot plans: may end after minimum 5-appointment commitment

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
